Terms & Conditions

By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at Royal Empire Resort.

1. Booking & Payments
  • All reservations require a minimum 50% advance payment to secure your booking.
  • The balance amount must be paid at the time of check-in.
  • Rates are subject to applicable taxes and may vary based on season, holidays, or special promotions.
  • A valid government-issued ID is required for all guests during check-in.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
  • Check-In: 2:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 12:30 PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight without prior approval from the front desk.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
  • 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund of advance payment.
  • 4–6 days before check-in: 50% of advance payment refunded.
  • Less than 3 days before check-in or No-Show: Advance payment is non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
4. Resort Rules
  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow all resort safety instructions.
  • Smoking is restricted to designated areas only.
  • Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
  • Any damage to resort property caused by the guest will be charged at actual repair or replacement cost.
  • The resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.
5. Use of Facilities
  • Guests using facilities such as the Bubble Pool, Dome Theatre, Boating, DJ Campfire, Adventure Games, or other amenities do so at their own risk and must follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions.
  • Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times, especially near water activities.
  • Some facilities may be seasonal or weather-dependent and could be unavailable without prior notice.
6. Liability
  • Royal Empire Resort shall not be held responsible for loss of personal belongings, injuries, delays, or events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
  • We recommend securing travel insurance for added protection.
7. Privacy

All guest information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without consent except where required by law.

8. Modifications

Royal Empire Resort reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, pricing, and policies at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
